On Sunday May 2, 1896 Woburn Baptist Church came into existence. Later the same year the church was received into membership of Rehoboth Baptist Association. The
church began with 27 members. The present building was erected in 1920.
Over the past 100 plus years it has undergone many facelifts and
interior changes. Woburn Baptist Church has served the spiritual needs
of the Woburn community for over a century. The prayer of the church is that it will continue to do so for many centuries to come.
